Pestalozzi advises on the acquisition of Sport-Hotel Saas-Fee
The Sport-Hotel Saas-Fee was opened in 1960 and has been family owned and operated since then. Pestalozzi advised a private investor in connection with the acquisition of the hotel. The transaction was closed in March 2012. The hotel plans extensive renovation and extension for 2013 and the reopening is scheduled for 2014.
