Pestalozzi advises Johnson & Johnson on the divestiture of the ACT Healthcare business to Chattem
Chattem purchased over five over-the-counter products from Johnson & Johnson. The acquired brands were divested by Johnson & Johnson in connection with the recent acquisition by Johnson & Johnson of Pfizer Inc.'s Consumer Healthcare business. Pestalozzi acted as counsel to Johnson & Johnson.
