HarbourVest Partners, LLC, a leading global private equity firm, was advised by Pestalozzi in respect of the public offer it made for all bearer shares of Absolute Private Equity, Ltd. Absolute is an investment company incorporated in Switzerland and listed on SIX Swiss Exchange. The offer is worth up to USD 752 Mio. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2011.
