Pestalozzi advises Glencore in connection with the crossborder merger of a BVI and a Swiss group company
Glencore successfully completed a cross-border merger of a company organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands with one of Glencore's companies based in Switzerland. Pestalozzi advised Glencore on all Swiss legal aspects of the cross-border merger.
