IRD a group of companies specializing in the human radiology business operating through two subsidiaries in Geneva was incorporated by three HCPs who wished to sell their business and continue working in the acquired companies and acquired a participation in the acquisition vehicle. Pestalozzi acted as legal advisor to Gilde.
