Pestalozzi advises DTEK on its USD 200 million notes restructuring
The DTEK group of companies, the largest Ukrainian power company, restructured its outstanding USD 200 million 9.5% senior notes via a parallel-track exchange offer and consent solicitation and with a successful fall-back of an English scheme of arrangement. Pestalozzi advised DTEK on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
