Pestalozzi advised Condecta on the acquisition of the FAGSI rental fleet and all associated Swiss business from ALHO

On January 5, 2026, Condecta Group, the Swiss market leader in mobile room solutions, announced the acquisition of the entire FAGSI rental fleet and all associated Swiss business from ALHO Group.

With this acquisition, Condecta strengthens its leading position and expands its premium offering in high-quality mobile room solutions. The Wikon site, comprising around 12,000 m² of production and storage space, as well as the rental fleet of 1,150 units, will be integrated into the Condecta Group and further developed into a competence center for premium mobile room solutions.
