Pestalozzi advises Commerzbank AG and a syndicate of banks on the financing of Cicor Technologies Ltd.
In this cross-border matter Pestalozzi drafted the Swiss law governed CHF 65'000'000 loan and security documentation for the Swiss industrial company Cicor Technologies Ltd, a provider of outsourcing services and innovative technologies. Pestalozzi advised a consortium of international banks on a complex financing and in particular security structure. This matter was very time critical but successfully closed, despite the challenge of coordinating with clients from three different jurisdictions.
