Pestalozzi advises BP on the sale of its retail business in Switzerland

Pestalozzi advised BP, a global leader in the oil and gas industry, on the sale of its retail business in Switzerland, including more than 300 service stations and interests in its supply and terminal business. The purchaser is Oel-Pool AG, a leading company in Switzerland in the supply of liquid fuels. The sale was approved by the Swiss Competition Commission and was completed on 31 March 2022.
