Pestalozzi advises BMW on its sale of the Formula 1 Team BMW Sauber to Peter Sauber
In September 2009 BMW announced its intention to sell the BMW Sauber Formula 1 Team to Qadbak, a company based in Qatar. The deal with Qadbak however broke, and BMW subsequently came to an agreement to sell the BMW Sauber Formula 1 Team to Peter Sauber instead, under the condition that the Team obtain a starting spot in the Formula 1 season 2010. Pestalozzi acted as Swiss counsel to Norton Rose.
