Pestalozzi advises AURELIUS in the acquisition of Cargill’s Switzerland-based animal feed business

AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA acquires Cargill’s animal nutrition business in Switzerland. Cargill is a leader in animal nutrition in Europe and remains committed to that market. The Swiss animal nutrition business acquired from Cargill generated revenues of roughly EUR 130 million in FY 2017 (ending May 31, 2017). The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Pestalozzi acted as legal advisor to AURELIUS in this transaction.
