Pestalozzi advises AMX listed Accell Group on its acquisition of Raleigh Cycle Limited
The Dutch company Accell Group N.V. acquired Raleigh Cycle Limited. The acquisition of Raleigh adds well-known global brands to the portfolio of Accell Group and further strengthens Accell Groups position in North America and the United Kingdom in the markets for bicycles and bicycle parts and accessories. Pestalozzi advised Accell Group on Swiss corporate aspects of the acquisition.
