Pestalozzi advises Amari Plastics on the EUR 94 million acquisition of shares in Vink
Kendrion (Netherlands) sold its distribution services with the supplier Vink, a wholesaler of plastic products, as core company for a total amount of EUR 96 million. An agreement was concluded between Edmundson Distribution Ltd, a company trading in semi-finished products in Great Britain under the name Amari Plastics, and Kendrion on the takeover of all of the activities under Vink.
