Pestalozzi advises the Stallinger Family on the takeover of the Stallinger/Kaufmann Group by the Mayr Melnhof Group
The Mayr Melnhof Holz Group has acquired all shares in the Sallinger GmbH and the Kaufmann Holding AG, as well as a minority share in the Stallinger Swiss Timber AG. The Stallinger/Kaufmann Group was owned by Franz and Leopold Stallinger up until then. The turnover value of the target was EUR 250 million. Pestalozzi acted as Swiss counsel to the sellers.
