Sarah Brocher is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's Litigation & Arbitration Group in Geneva. Her main areas of practice are white-collar crime, commercial law litigation and arbitration. 

Sarah Brocher gratuated from the Universities of Fribourg (BLaw) and Geneva (MLaw). Before completing her Certificate of Advanced Studies Legal Professions in Geneva, she worked several years for two international NGOs in the areas of human rights, war crimes and crimes against humanity. 

Prior to joining Pestalozzi she worked for the Swiss Confederation in Bern, the Criminal High Court of Justice of Geneva and she completed her junior associate with another Swiss law firm in Geneva. In 2026, Sarah Brocher joined Pestalozzi as an associate. 

Finally, Sarah Brocher is actively engaged in several professional associations, including the Geneva Bar Association Committee on Innovation and modernization of the Bar Association where she co-organizes and co-presents events on the digital transition of the justice system.
