Business Succession at the Interface of Inheritance and Corporate Law

The Institute for Legal Studies and Legal Practice at the University of St. Gallen (IRP-HSG) hosted the St.Gallen Inheritance Law Conference 2025.

Pestalozzi Partner Petra Hanselmann was invited, together with Sabine Herzog (Herzog Law), to speak on “Business Succession: Planning and Execution at the Interface between Inheritance and Corporate Law.” The conference was chaired by Prof. Dr. iur. Martin Eggel and Prof. Dr. iur. Dr. h.c. Thomas Geiser.
