Lecture on “Insiderrecht und M&A-Transaktionen” for the “LL.M./CAS M&A und Gesellschaftsrecht” Program at the university of Zurich

For the “LL.M./CAS M&A und Gesellschaftsrecht” program at the University of Zurich, Christian Leuenberger, together with Federal Criminal Court Judge Dr. Olivier Thormann, delivered a lecture on the topic of “Insiderrecht und M&A-Transaktionen.” The lecture provided an overview of the fundamentals of Swiss insider trading regulation and focused in particular on insider law issues arising in connection with the initiation, negotiation, and execution of M&A transactions involving listed companies.
