Pestalozzi advises on acquisition by AZ Medien AG of NZZ's 35% stake in CH Media

As of 1 April 2026, AZ Medien AG acquires from NZZ the remaining 35% stake in CH Media, making the Wanner family the sole owner of CH Media.

CH Media is one of Switzerland’s leading media companies. The transaction completes a multi-year strategic process, consolidating family ownership and supporting further development, including digital expansion and regional focus.
