Pestalozzi advises 23 major Swiss insurers and brokers in connection with the formation of the insur-tech joint-venture EcoHub AG
Pestalozzi advised 23 Swiss insurers and brokers (incl. Swiss Life; AXA; Mobiliar; Allianz Suisse; Zurich) in the set-up of EcoHub, an insur-tech joint-venture company. EcoHub is the Swiss platform in the insurance, pension and broker market providing services for communication and secure data exchange between brokers and insurers.
The transaction involved the carve-out of existing business from one of the shareholders and its transfer to EcoHub, as well as the preparation of service contracts for the operation of the business.
Pestalozzi advised the clients with regard to all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
