Pestalozzi advises the sale of all shares in Ritschard SA
The owners of Ritschard SA, a Swiss leader in transport, freight and customs services with subsidiaries in France and counting about 150 employees, sold all their shares in Ritschard SA to a company in Switzerland active in the same fields. Pestalozzi acted for the owners of Ritchard SA for all aspects of the transaction.
