Royal Bank of Canada SA (Suisse), Geneva, acquired the Latin American, Caribbean and African private banking business of Coutts & Co Ltd, which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. The acquired business represents client assets of about CHF 2 billion. Pestalozzi represented Royal Bank of Canada SA (Suisse) in this acquisition.
