Pestalozzi advises Ringier in its joint venture and related transactions with Infront Sports
Ringier and Infront Sports set up the joint venture company Infront Sports & Entertainment Ringier AG Switzerland (InfrontRingier) with the purpose of providing Swiss organisers of sporting events as well as Switzerland's athletes with a wide range of services - from the packaging and marketing of media, sponsorship, merchandising and hospitality rights. Pestalozzi advised Ringier in this transaction.
