Pestalozzi advises the lenders in connection with the refinancing of Chrysler Group
Chrysler Group has completed its refinancing and repaid the U.S. and Canadian governments USD 7.6 billion, including interest, six years ahead of schedule. Pestalozzi advised the lenders on Swiss law.
