IDEX Corporation (NYSE:IEX) announced on 31 August 2016, that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of SFC KOENIG AG ("SFC KOENIG") from Capvis and HgCapital funds as well as from other sellers. Pestalozzi advised IDEX Corporation on all Swiss law aspects.
