Pestalozzi advises Johnson & Johnson on the purchase of shares in FMS Group
Pestalozzi advised Cilag Holding AG, a Swiss company within the Johnson & Johnson group of companies, as purchaser on all Swiss law aspects in connection with the acquisition of the shares in FMS Group NV (including certain FMS subsidiaries located in Switzerland and France) from its shareholders (multi-seller transaction).
