Pestalozzi advises DTEK on its USD 1.275 billion long term restructuring

As part of its long term restructuring, the DTEK group of companies, the largest Ukrainian power company, restructured its outstanding USD 200 million senior notes via an English scheme of arrangement. Pestalozzi advised DTEK on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
