Andrea Huber

Admitted to the Zurich Bar in 2003, Andrea brings over 20 years of experience advising banks, asset managers, securities firms, investment companies, and other financial institutions on the full spectrum of regulatory and legal issues. She supports clients in structuring their operations and financial products, navigating licensing and approval processes, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks. Andrea advises on the creation and structuring of investment vehicles, as well as the design and rollout of banking and asset management services for both institutional and retail clients. She regularly works with fund management companies, promoters, investment banks, and distributors on the structuring, listing, and distribution of funds and structured products including L-QIFs. Her expertise also includes institutional governance, stock exchange disclosure obligations, market conduct regulations, regulatory compliance, KYC, and anti-money laundering (AML). She is an Authorized Representative of Issuers at the SIX Swiss Exchange and has been appointed Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Banking Regulation Subcommittee for the 2025–2026 term.
