Christoph G. Lang ist Partner und leitet die Fachgruppe Corporate / M&A bei Pestalozzi. Er ist spezialisiert auf Gesellschaftsrecht mit Fokus auf Corporate Governance, M&A, schweizerisches und europäisches Kartellrecht sowie Versicherungsrecht. Er vertritt schweizerische und multinationale Unternehmen bei inländischen und grenzüberschreitenden M&A-Transaktionen und Joint Ventures.
Christoph Lang studied law at the University of Berne (Dr.iur., summa cum laude, 1999) and Columbia University School of Law (LL.M., Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, 2000). He was admitted to the bar in 1997. Before joining Pestalozzi in 2000, he was a teaching and research assistant for two years in the University of Berne’s Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Christoph G. Lang regularly publishes in his fields of expertise. He is a member of the Zurich, Swiss and International Bar Associations, as well as the ‘‘Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht’’ and Winner of the ILO Client Choice Award 2013 for M&A in Switzerland.
