Niku Gholamalizadeh is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Financial Services team in Zurich. She advises regulated and non-regulated institutions and private clients on all aspects of their business operations on Swiss financial markets. Her main practice areas include advisory in national and international financing transactions, corporate and commercial law (including sanctions' advisory). She regularly represents clients before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO.
