Thomas Weber

Thomas Weber is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's Litigation & Arbitration group. He specializes in domestic and multi-jurisdictional proceedings, with an emphasis on corporate and shareholder disputes, asset recovery and protection, as well as fraud litigation.

Prior to joining Pestalozzi, Thomas Weber worked several years as an associate in the dispute resolution group of a leading law firm in Zurich and trained with the Zug Criminal Court, as well as a boutique law firm in Zug.

Thomas Weber holds master's degrees from the University of Lucerne and Columbia University. He was admitted to the Swiss bar and as a civil law notary in the canton of Zug in 2018, and to the New York bar in 2023 (not practicing).

Thomas Weber is a member of various professional associations, including the Swiss Bar Association, the Zurich Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the International Bar Association.
