Lukas Rusch ist spezialisiert auf wirtschaftliche Streitigkeiten und Untersuchungen. Er vertritt Klienten in Schiedsverfahren und in Prozessen vor staatlichen Gerichten. Seine Tätigkeit umfasst auch die Anfechtung von Schiedssprüchen, die Vollstreckung ausländischer Urteile und Schiedssprüche sowie die streitigen Aspekte von Insolvenzverfahren. Er ist auch als Schiedsrichter tätig.

Lukas hat Erfahrung in einem breiten Spektrum komplexer handels- und gesellschaftsrechtlicher Streitigkeiten in verschiedenen Branchen, darunter Bau und Infrastruktur, Post-M&A, Pharma, Versicherungen (Deckung und Haftung), Rohstoffe und Handel, Energie sowie Investor-Staat Streitigkeiten.

Lukas hält regelmäßig Vorträge und publiziert in seinem Fachgebiet. Er ist Mitautor von Rechtskommentaren zum 12. Kapitel IPRG (Internationale Schiedsverfahrensrecht), des Schweizerischen Obligationenrechts (Werkvertrag) und des CISG.

Lukas ist von Legal500 als Next Generation Partner für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit und von Who's Who Legal und Global Arbitration Review (GAR) als Future Leader in der Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit anerkannt.
