Lukas Rusch is partner and member of Pestalozzi’s litigation and arbitration group in Zurich. He is an experienced counsel in commercial arbitrations and in state court litigations. His practice further covers setting aside proceedings against arbitral awards, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and contentious aspects of insolvency proceedings. He also acts as an arbitrator.
