Lukas Rusch specializes in commercial disputes and investigations. He represents clients in arbitration proceedings and in state court litigation. His practice further covers setting aside proceedings against arbitral awards, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and contentious aspects of insolvency proceedings. He also acts as an arbitrator.

Lukas has experience in a broad range of complex commercial and corporate disputes across different industries, including construction and infrastructure, post-M&A, pharmaceutical, insurance (coverage and liability), commodity and trade, energy, as well as investor-state disputes.

Lukas regularly speaks and publishes in his area of expertise. He is co-author of legal commentaries on Chapter 12 Private International Law Act (Swiss arbitration law), Swiss Code of Obligations (contract for work and services), and the CISG.

Lukas is recognized is as a Next Generation Partner for arbitration by Legal500 and as Future Leader in arbitration by Who's Who Legal and Global Arbitration Review (GAR).
