Niku Gholamalizadeh is a senior associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Financial Services team in Zurich. She advises regulated and non-regulated institutions and private clients on all aspects of their business operations on Swiss financial markets. Her main practice areas include advisory in national and international financing transactions, corporate and commercial law (including sanctions' advisory). She regularly represents clients before FINMA and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO.
Niku Gholamalizadeh graduated from the University of Zurich (Master of Law in 2016 and Bachelor of Law in 2015). After graduation, she gained work experience as a legal advisor at one of the big four accounting firms. Subsequently, she worked as a junior associate at a major Swiss business law firm in Zurich followed by an internship at the district court of Zurich. After her admission to the Swiss bar in 2020 and more than two years of professional experience at the district court of Zurich, she joined Pestalozzi as an associate in 2021.
