Manuela Morel attends to corporate issues such as the incorporation and administration of business entities, capital increases, liquidations, as well as all other matters concerning the public commercial register.

Manuela Morel completed a commercial education and worked with Pestalozzi for the first time from 1979 to 1986. She then joined different enterprises in the hotel and financial sector before returning to work for Pestalozzi in 1994. In 2002, she completed her paralegal training at the Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften.
