Levy Corba

He advises Swiss and international clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including share deals, asset deals, venture capital and growth capital investments, management participation programs and corporate reorganizations. He regularly supports clients throughout all stages of a transaction, from structuring and legal due diligence to the negotiation and implementation of transaction documentation and closing.

Levy's experience spans a broad range of industries, including industrials, construction and infrastructure, business services, technology, healthcare, financial services and consumer products.

Past and current highlights:

• advised Swiss Life on the acquisition of Zwei Wealth Experts AG;
• advised Condecta on the sale of its MobiToil Business to TOI TOI;
• advised Vista Equity partners on its majority investment of approximately USD 3billion in Nexthink;
• advised Ringier in connection with IPO of SMG Swiss Marketplace Group Holding;
• advised CH Media Holding AG on its acquisition of a stake in newhome.ch;
• advised Flexion Robotics on USD 50 million Series A financing round;
• advised UBS on venture and growth capital investments in a number of Swiss companies.

Before joining Pestalozzi in 2024, Levy gained several years of experience with established Swiss law firms in Zurich. He holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law from the University of Zurich and was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2024.
