Océane Kessler is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's Litigation & Arbitration Group in Zurich. Her main areas of practice are commercial litigation and arbitration, debt enforcement and contract law.
Océane Kessler graduated from the University of Basel in 2023 (MLaw). During her studies, she worked as a Junior Research Assistant and later as a Student in an Assistant Function at the Chair of Prof. Dr. iur. Ulrich G. Schroeter at the University of Basel. After completing her studies, she worked as a trainee law clerk at the District Court of Basel-Landschaft West and subsequently as a junior associate at another leading Swiss law firm. She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2025.
