Linda Stewart-Smith

Linda Stewart-Smith is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's IP & TMT and Life Sciences practice groups in Zurich.

Linda Stewart-Smith graduated from the University of Zurich in 2019 (Master of Law), having spent a year at Sciences Po in Paris. After graduation, she worked at the Swiss Mission to the EU in Brussels and the Federal Office of Public Health. Subsequently, she worked as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich and later assumed the role of senior law clerk. After her admission to the Swiss bar in 2025, Linda Stewart-Smith joined Pestalozzi as an associate in January 2026.
