Florian Schnyder is a senior associate and member of Pestalozzi's Corporate / M&A Group in Zurich. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, M&A, as well as on general contract law, electronic signatures, blockchain and crypto assets. Furthermore, he has experience in the fields of foundation law, inheritance and public procurement law.

Florian Schnyder graduated from the University of Zurich (lic. iur.) in 2010. During his studies, he worked for two and a half years as an assistant to a chair for private law of the University of Zurich.

After graduation, Florian Schnyder worked as a clerk at the District Court of Meilen and subsequently joined Pestalozzi as a junior associate in 2012. After his admission to the Swiss bar in 2014, Florian Schnyder became an associate at Pestalozzi. Since 2019, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Western Australia (with Distinction).
