Daniela Fritsch is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Financial Services group. Her practice focuses on banking, insurance and capital markets law, as well as white collar crime. Daniela Fritsch specializes in advising Swiss and foreign banks, securities dealers, insurances and other financial institutions with regard to regulatory, compliance and general business matters. She is regularly involved in advising both lenders and borrowers on complex asset based and debt financings.
Daniela Fritsch graduated from the University of Zurich with a lic. iur. (Master of Law) in 2011. During her studies she worked in the asset management department of a major Swiss bank. After graduation, Daniela Fritsch interned with the Swiss Embassy in Chile before joining Pestalozzi's Corporate/M&A group as a junior associate in 2011. After her junior associate term, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Private Law and Labour Law at the University of Zurich. In 2014, she was admitted to the Swiss Bar. Daniela Fritsch worked for a major U.S. law firm in London and for a business law firm in Geneva before re-joining Pestalozzi in 2016.
Thanks to both her university education (exchange semesters in Neuchâtel and Spain) and work experience (Chile, Geneva, London) in foreign language environments, Daniela Fritsch commands a high working knowledge of English, French and Spanish.
