Pestalozzi advises Groupe PSA in the sale of its Swiss import and retail companies Peugeot (Suisse) SA, PSA Retail (Suisse) SA, Citroën (Suisse) SA and Opel (Schweiz) AG to Emil Frey

Groupe PSA, the French multinational manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles sold under the Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel and Vauxhall brands is reorganizing its business model in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Groupe PSA entered into definitive agreements with Emil Frey Group in order to conduct its Swiss business via Emil Frey Group as the local and independent importer of its brands. As part of this transaction Groupe PSA sells its Swiss import and retail companies Peugeot (Suisse) SA, PSA Retail (Suisse) SA, Citroën (Suisse) SA and Opel (Schweiz) AG to Emil Frey. The transaction is subject to notifications to Swiss merger control authorities. Pestalozzi advises Groupe PSA in this transaction.
