Daniela Fritsch is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's Corporate / M&A Group in Zurich. Daniela Fritsch specializes in corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She regularly represents Swiss and international companies in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Her fields of expertise further include advising clients on financing transactions, capital markets regulation and insurance supervisory law.
Daniela Fritsch graduated from the University of Zurich with a lic. iur. in 2011. Prior to joining Pestalozzi as a junior associate in 2011, she gained professional experience whilst working for a Swiss bank and a business law firm in Zurich. Moreover, she served several internships in Switzerland and abroad (Zurich District Court, Swiss Embassy in Chile, UNHCR and GHF in Geneva). Following her junior associate term with Pestalozzi, she was a research assistant at the chair for private and labour law at the University of Zurich. After her admission to the Swiss bar in 2014, Daniela Fritsch worked for a US law firm in London and for a business law firm in Geneva. In 2016, she re-joined Pestalozzi as an associate.
Her professional languages are German, English and French. She also has a very good command of Spanish.
